PowerHandling’s B45P is designed to Push and maneuver trolleys, rail carts or other equipment that is wheel mounted. Numerous styles of mounting fixtures can be bolted to its front bracket to mate with a hitch or bracket on the trolley/cart.

The operator leans down on th handle to provide the drive roller friction to push the load as required.

The operator can switch the B45P from low torque / high speed to high torque / low speed, according to the load requirement.

It features a side-offset, height adjustable handle shaft and handle grip with two-position torque selection and variable speed control.

The B45P utilizes rechargeable Battery Pack(s) (BP) that quick-connect to its handle shaft. Battery packs interconnect (stack on the handle shaft) to provide approx 20 min’s, 40 min’s or to 1 hour output (at 50% constant load). Depleted battery packs can be quick-charged in approx 1 hour in the (CH-Option) Battery Charging Unit.

The B45P utilizes a switchable 4- stage (low torque) to 5-stage (high torque) multi- planetary gearbox, drive by high torque timing belt from a 24V DC motor
