PowerHandling's E45P-RV is designed to push, pull and maneuver trolleys, rail carts or other equipment that is wheel mounted. Numerous mounting fixtures can be bolted to its front bracket to mate with a hitch or bracket on the trolley/cart. The operator leans down on the handle to provide the drive roller friction to push the load as required.

The operator can switch the E45P-RV from forward to reverse and from low torque / high speed to high torque / low speed, according to the requirement.

It features a centered, forward-pivoting, height adjustable handle shaft and handle grip with torque and direction selection and variable speed control.

The E45P-RV requires 24V DC power at up to 120 amps. This can be supplied via an 8-gauge power cable into the inlet end of the operator's handle grip from the (TR-Option) Power Transformer. The Transformer can convert any single phase mains supply to the required 24V DC supply.

The E45P-RV utilizes a switchable 4-stage (low torque) to 5-stage (high torque) multi-planetary gearbox, driven by a high torque timing belt from a 24V DC motor.
